Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Beavertown haul, but if your beer arrives damaged or you have a change of heart, we offer a 14-day return window for all non-perishable merchandise and unopened goods. Please note that for quality control and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beverage containers or individual cans.
Check Your Order
Inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If you notice any breakages or incorrect items, take a photo and contact our support crew within 48 hours.
Contact Support
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
Pack It Up
Securely package the items in their original packaging to prevent transit damage. Ensure all merchandise is unworn and any beer cases remain sealed.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back using a tracked service. Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
