How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
We offer standard delivery which typically takes 2-3 working days. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping, while orders below that threshold incur a flat rate of £5.99.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, if you place your order before 2 PM Monday through Thursday, you can select our Next Day Delivery service at checkout for an additional fee.
What should I do if my beer arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our brews, but accidents happen. If your order arrives broken or leaking, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
Are your beers suitable for vegans?
The vast majority of our core range, including Gamma Ray and Neck Oil, is vegan-friendly. We clearly label any limited edition releases that contain lactose or other non-vegan ingredients on the product page.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on beer. However, if you have purchased merchandise like glassware or clothing, you can return these items within 30 days provided they are unused and in original packaging.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your order is dispatched from our brewery, you will receive an email containing a tracking link from our courier partner so you can follow your beer's journey.
